About This Form: This form is part of an ongoing effort by the Society for Preserving the History & Art of Burlesque in Nova Scotia (PHAB NS) to document and preserve the contributions of burlesque artists who have performed in Nova Scotia. Whether you were born here, passed through on tour, or performed at a local venue, your story is part of the province’s cultural fabric.

The information you share will be used to:

Build a catalog of performers for inclusion in our internal PHAB NS records
Feature historical and contemporary performers on our website
Contribute to a publicly accessible archival collection being developed for the Nova Scotia Archives

We ask that only one entry be submitted per performer. If you performed under multiple names (such as stage names or aliases), please include all known names within a single submission. This helps us avoid duplication and ensures your story is preserved as a complete and accurate record.

Participation is entirely voluntary. You are welcome to skip any questions you're not comfortable answering. If you prefer to remain anonymous in public materials, just let us know - your privacy will always be respected.
